Holiday DIY Project Round Up

Are you feeling crafty this holiday season? If not just avoid this post all together and admire the cute photos. If you feel crafty here are some of my favorite DIY gift wrap and decor ideas. I even did the capiz shell chandelier project below and was pretty impressed with myself. Pick a few of your fave projects, round up the kids, nieces and nephews and have some holiday crafting fun! Here are the Decorator in a Box favorites. Enjoy!

Let's start with holiday wreaths! I just love the homespun feel of all of these styles. Visit creaturecomfortsblog.com to see how to make any of these wreaths shown below.

Now let's move onto the tree decor. No tree is complete with out a tree skirt and garland. Visit designspongeonline.com to see how to make the tree skirt shown below. Visit creaturecomfortsblog.com to see how to make the ornaments and garland shown below.

Now that we have decorated the tree and home for the holidays let's wrap some gifts! See how to make them by visiting...you guessed it designspongeonline.com and creaturecomfortsblog.com.

Are you having a holiday party this year? Add a festive feel and ambience by making your own chandelier or lamp shade. I made the capiz shell version found on design sponge and had a lot of fun, see my crafting skills shown below ;)
